Iman Vellani Reveals The X-Men She Would Team Up With After ‘Ms Marvel’ Hinted At Mutation In Kamala Khan

The finale episode of MCU’s latest top-rating show, Ms Marvel, dropped a major bomb on fans after hinting at a ‘mutation’ gene in Kamala Khan, played by Iman Vellani. To add to the suspense, a tune echoed through the scene which sounded oddly similar to the X-Men music.

It was not long before Twitter caught onto it and exploded with theories. Many fanatics already started celebrating the commencement of the X-Men era in MCU. Considering Sam Raimi first brought X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe by introducing Professor X in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it does not seem like a far-fetched dream to bring full-fledged mutant action into the MCU.

However, fans are not the only ones who are excited to see that happen as Ms Marvel‘s breakthrough star Iman Vellani, who is a Marvel comic fanatic herself, revealed one specific X-Men she would love to see Kamala Khan team up with.

During the release of Ms Marvel‘s finale episode, Iman Vellani took over the Marvel Studios subreddit to answer the burning questions of fans. She geeked out over the Marvel comics and referenced comic book arcs to see Kamala Khan and Wolverine teaming up.

”I would love to see a Kamala/Wolverine dynamic in the MCU. There is a really cool story where Kamala fights the shocker and Bruno ends up seeing all of her possible futures and that makes me really emotional every time I read it,” Iman Vellani wrote in the post.
