The iPhone 13 series is still a hot discussion among tech enthusiasts, and surprisingly, there are a lot of speculations arising on the upcoming iPhone 14 Pro model.

The latest speculations suggest that iPhone 14 Pro will feature a 48MP primary camera which is a stunning upgrade from the 12MP in its predecessor.

Besides the primary camera, there will be a 12MP ultra-wide sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens.

It is also said that the iPhone 14 Pro will come with 8GB of RAM compared to the 6GB RAM on the iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone 14 and 14 Pro will come with a large 6.06-inch and 6.7-inch displays respectively with a punch hole design.

These displays sport an OLED panel from LG which supports 120Hz refresh rate.

Many renders revealed that the addition of a punch-hole design leads to the removal of the notch.

However, we need to wait for the official reveal of the iPhone 14 Pro to find out how the Face ID works in the punch-hole setup.

Many reports also suggest that Apple might remove the lightning port and include a Type-C port instead. Although, this feature is exclusive for Pro models.

According to John Prosser, Apple might get rid of the huge camera bump next year. It’s also possible to see an in-display fingerprint scanner in the iPhone 14 series.

Coming to the processor, the next-gen chipset might be based on a 4nm or 3nm manufacturing process. But, the makers may stick to the 5nm manufacturing process as TSMS is facing hurdles manufacturing smaller chips.

However, these are just mere speculations and there’s no official confirmation from Apple. The iPhone 14 series is expected to be launched around September next year similar to the iPhone 13 series.
