
US textile and apparel exports fell by 2.41 per cent to $9.418 billion during January–May 2025, with key declines to Mexico, Honduras, and Canada, while shipments to the Netherlands and Japan rose.
Apparel and yarn exports declined, while made-up articles edged up.
In 2024, full-year exports dropped 2.98 per cent, continuing a broader downward trend that began after peaking in 2022 at $24.866 billion.
