Paytm CEO has come up with an announcement that sounds as a relief for the employees as he has allowed the people working in the tech, product and business departments to work remotely. This working module started when the world was going through a pandemic.

Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Paytm Chief’s, latest tweet read as “ We at Paytm allow you to work from home or anywhere for product, tech and business roles” He also shared an animated video which shows the routine of the employees going to office for work.

Furthermore, he asked all the people who are looking for jobs to apply for jobs at the career sections on the official website of Paytm. He encouraged everyone to join the company which “revolutionised India’s payments for good.”

Paytm is setting up a different trend at a time when companies such as Tesla have stopped the remote working module and have asked their employees to come to the office for work.

The Billionaire Elon Musk who is the Chief of Tesla sent an email to his employees asking them to return to their respective offices and he ordered everyone to work for at least 40 hours in a week from the office.

Many employees have reportedly resigned from their companies when they were asked to work from the office.
