‘Ms. Marvel’ Trailer: Marvel Introduces First Muslim Superhero In Style But Where Is Fawad Khan?


Kamala Khan, a Pakistani American teenager was introduced by Marvel Comics in 2013. A year later she got her own superhuman abilities and became the first Muslim superhero to feature in a Marvel comic. This teenager is going to make history once again as she will be starring in the Marvel Studios’ latest Ms Marvel series which released its trailer on March 15. The series is scheduled to release on June 8.

The title role will be played by Iman Vellani and her elder brother Aamir’s role will be played by Saagar Shaikh. Mohan Kapur and Zenobia Shroff will be her parents in the series while Matt Lintz will play the role of her best friend Bruno. The role of Red Dagger will be played by Aramis Knight who also starred in Into The Badlands.

In the trailer, Kamala is seen in the guidance counsellor’s office in high-school while the hearts, devil horns appear on the screen. When you see the trailer you will get to know that Kamala Khan is a superhero nerd but after sometime she gets superhuman abilities.

The trailer of Ms Marvel released on Tuesday, March 15 and the series will release on June 8. This series was announced back in 2021; however, due to the pandemic, it was postponed to this year’s summer.

Fawad Khan had confirmed his role in the Ms Marvel series; however, he wasn’t seen anywhere in the trailer which was released on Tuesday. It seems that Marvel Studio has planned a surprise for us and we will get to know about his exact role in this next big series in the coming months.
