Such level of filth & gross behavior by that shameless @IndiGo6E manager is despicable.
There must be a process to deal with such absurdness by airlines. Ranchi Airport Indigo must be pubished in most strict way.

Reacting to the backlash, IndiGo shared a statement and wrote that their ground staff had stopped the specially-abled child from boarding the flight as he was in a state of panic and they were waiting for him to calm down before boarding the flight. “We regret the inconvenience caused to the passengers. IndiGo prides itself on being an inclusive organisation, be it for employees or its customers; and over 75k specially-abled passengers fly with IndiGo every month,” the statement read.
“There is zero tolerance towards such behaviour. No human being should have to go through this,” Minister Scindia wrote on Twitter while responding to internet’s volatile comments. Furthermore, he even added, “Investigating the matter by myself, post which appropriate action will be taken.”
