Apple is said to be working on the launch of its upcoming AirPods Pro 2 which is speculated to happen later this year. The earbuds are tipped to arrive with a completely revamped design and improved audio quality. Furthermore, tipsters also suggest that the company is going to incorporate health tracking features. In the latest development, Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has reported that the Apple AirPods Pro 2 is going to launch with major changes that include design and fitness features.

Furthermore, he also claims that there is a fair chance of dropping the price of the Apple AirPods Pro which was launched back in 2019. The AirPods Pro 2 is also tipped to ship with a more compact design by ditching the stem and introducing a new charging case design.
“Look out for new AirPods Pro in the fall. The current model has been on the market since fall of 2019, so the batteries are already probably in trouble for some early adopters. Also lookout for an AirPods Max refresh with new colors (and, we hope, a price drop—$550 is absurd for those headphones),” reads Gurman’s report.

Meanwhile, the Cupertino tech giant is also expected to introduce new color variants for the Apple AirPod Max. Gurman suggests that the company might also slash the price of the AirPod Max, but there is no official confirmation on that. It’s recommended to take this information with a pinch of salt and wait for the official launch.
