The first week of January has been rough to say the least. The New Year celebrations ended with yet another coronavirus update. As cases rise across the world and India thanks to the Omicron variant, it looks like the third wave will be upon us any minute now. And if it feels like everyone is falling sick, that’s because they are. Over the past few days, many people have been sharing that they’re either feeling under the weather or have tested positive for COVID-19. As cases increase, the demand for Dolo 650 has also increased.

For the uninitiated, Dolo 650 is an oft prescribed painkiller available easily in India. Back when the pandemic first hit, similar pills were recommended to manage some milder symptoms of the virus and now it looks like Dolo 650 is having a moment.
While the looming threat of a third wave in India is no laughing business, desi Twitter is dealing with the overdose of bleak news and our bleak reality with a dosage of Dolo 650 memes. To be fair, it’s way ahead of its competition.

Dolo 650 is commonly prescribed for cold, mild fever and body ache. However, it is important to note that it is not to be taken as treatment for COVID-19. Symptoms of the coronavirus need to be duly reported to medical professionals and authorised clinics or hospitals at the earliest. It’s imperative that citizens remain vigilant in reporting symptoms and continue taking precautions.
