Swiss machinery manufacturer Stäubli Textile is showcasing its weaving innovations at this year’s International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITMA). The company’s presence at ITMA will showcase its commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-focused service.

Visitors to Booth A201 in Hall 6 can learn how Stäubli solutions can boost their weaving mills’ performance and overall efficiency.

At ITMA 2023, Switzerland-based Stäubli Textile is showcasing various innovative technologies.
Highlights include the SAFIR S60 automatic drawing-in system with Active Warp Control 2.0, robust shed formation solutions for frame weaving, the energy-efficient PRO series of Jacquard machines, and the newly introduced ALPHA carpet weaving system.

Textile technologies being presented at the Stäubli booth include the SAFIR S60 automatic drawing-in system with new Active Warp Control 2.0 technology, facilitating efficient style changes and setting new standards in yarn management. The company is also showcasing its robust and adaptable shed formation solutions for frame weaving, including the 1600/1700 series of cam motions and the S3000/S3200 series of electronic rotary dobbies, which are designed for reduced maintenance and oil usage, the company said in a media release.

Stäubli’s PRO series of Jacquard machines, launched at the end of 2022, is on display, highlighting their energy-efficient design and exclusive NOEMI electronics architecture. Additionally, the new ALPHA carpet weaving system has been introduced, featuring numerous innovative components and demonstrating double carpet production.

Stäubli has also unveiled the MyStaubli Portal, its new customer platform providing access to information about Stäubli’s range of solutions and services. The Stäubli booth is providing a comprehensive overview of the company’s range of solutions for future-oriented weaving mills.
