While both the national athletes have earned a name for themselves in their respective fields, and become an inspiration for the youth, their recent photoshoot has surely grabbed a lot of eyeballs and gone viral on the internet like wildfire.
On the professional front, the Southpaw wicket-keeper batsman has made it to the Indian team, despite average performance in the recent South African tour. The Indian cricket team will be facing West Indies in the upcoming three-match (ODI and T20 each) series in India, commencing next month.
On the other hand, Chopra has been busy with his 90-days training program at the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Centre in San Diego. Talking about his preparations in the US, Chopra said, “My only focus here is on training, rest and diet. I am back to spending the normal life of an athlete, where you only focus on sports and nothing else,” in a recent interview.
