With K-Pop group BTS’ first collaborative track with Coldplay, My Universe, still enjoying the top spot on various Billboard music charts, the South Korean all-boys band has given the Army another reason to rejoice. The global icons have added another record to their already long tally, as ‘Blood Sweat & Tears’ surpasses the 800 million views mark on its fifth anniversary.

Released on Oct. 10th 2016, the lead track of BTS’ second album, Wings, become the K-pop group’s seventh song (after Boy With Love, DNA, Mic Drop, Fake Love, Idol and Dynamite) to achieve the milestone. Needless to say, the new record registered in BTS’ name gave its Army another reason to celebrate, who are still grooving to their latest bilingual track, My Universe. While some hailed ‘Blood Sweat & Tears’ as a ‘masterpiece’, others congratulated the septet for achieving the new milestone.

According to the latest reports, BTS is currently scheduled for four performances on November 27- 28 and December 1-2 at the Sofi Stadium near Los Angeles. And with the leader RM and other team members Jin, Jimin, V, J-Hope, SUGA and Jungkook all excited for the upcoming in-person concert, the Army too is looking forward to seeing their favourite group perform live after a long time.

Meanwhile, BTS and British band Coldplay’s latest track ‘My Universe’ debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 last week and managed to grab the top spot. While the track turned out to become the first-ever chart-topper by two co-billed lead groups, BTS went on to equalled popstars Drake and Ariana Grande’s tally of five songs securing the top spot on Billboard Hot 100 on its debut.
