Dhurandhar Surpasses Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s Lifetime Collection; Enters Top 10 Indian Grossers Of All Time

Filmmaker Aditya Dhar’s film Dhurandhar has been successfully running in theatres for the past three weeks now. Having garnered the title of the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025, the Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna multi-starrer has not crossed the global lifetime collection of Salman Khan’s film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. It has successfully entered the top 10 Indian highest-grossers of all time.

Yes, you read that right! The film has crossed the Rs 950 crore threshold in the 20 days that it has been successfully running at the box office. As per a report by Koimoi, it has earned Rs 208.90 crore at the overseas box office. The movie has maintained a strong hold on the box office despite facing competition from Avatar: Fire and Ash as well as Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.

Overall, the film has made a collection of Rs 964.33 crore gross, which also includes Rs 755.43 crore gross from domestic earnings. Having surpassed the lifetime collection of Kabir Khan’s film, it seems to now eye Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 1054.67 crores) and Pathaan’s (Rs 1069.85 crores) lifetime collections.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar stars Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. Released on December 5, 2025, the second part of the film will be released in March 2026. While the makers are yet to officially comment on the speculation, netizens believe that Dhurandhar is a prequel to Dhar’s debut film URI: The Surgical Strike because Ranveer’s character’s name, Jaskirat Singh Rangi, was mentioned in one of the dialogues.
