The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai has announced the upcoming debut of a brand-new rooftop restaurant and bar on the hotel’s 21st floor, in collaboration with Spago—the internationally acclaimed restaurant brand founded by celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. This opening will mark Spago’s first-ever location in China.
Set above the historic Bund, the soon-to-open venue will offer sweeping views of the city skyline and the Huangpu River, creating a backdrop for a dining experience that blends modern Californian cuisine with global influences.

Spago Shanghai is targeting an opening in October 2025, with more details to be revealed soon.
