US’ A.Celli starts slitter rewinder for Allmed Medical Products

Allmed Medical Products Co Ltd has signed the acceptance of the equipment following the start up of the A.Celli slitter rewinder, with results which greatly satisfied both companies. A.Celli scope of supply includes E-Wind Sonic slitter rewinder with a width of 4600 mm and design speed of 1500 mpm and automatic shaft handling system with robot and manual positioning of pre-cut cardboard cores.

The slitter rewinder has been installed downstream of a Reicofil line dedicated to the production of 12-120 gsm spunbond which already provides for an A.Celli E-Wind Wave master roll winder, the company said in a press release.

Allmed Medical Products Co Ltd has accepted the slitter rewinder of A.Celli, achieving mutually satisfying results.
The E-Wind Sonic machine features a 4600mm width, 1500 mpm design speed, and automatic shaft handling system with robot.
Installed downstream of a Reicofil line, it complements an existing A.Celli E-Wind Wave master roll winder.
