Amidst an abundance of blockbuster hits, KGF has made a lasting impression. The first instalment, KGF: Chapter 1 starring superstar Yash was a megahit at the box office. The second part, KGF: Chapter 2 which also casts Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Shrinidhi Shetty and more in pivotal roles arrives in a matter of weeks. Ahead of the movie’s release in theatres, the makers have dropped the full-length trailer, giving us our closest look at the spectacle by far. The Prashant Neel directorial is perhaps one of the most anticipated releases from Indian cinema in 2022. So far, the character posters and teaser have ramped up the hype around KGF: Chapter 2 even after multiple delays, and as it turns out, the trailer is about the take the excitement to a whole new level.

The KGF: Chapter 2 trailer re-introduces us to Rocky (played by Yash) who is ready to make a comeback. As he declares that he doesn’t like violence, he also admits “violence likes me” and that only means one thing – loads of action. There is conflict at play as Rocky is set to go up against his many opponents including the terrifying Adheera (played by Sanjay Dutt in his debut South Indian project) the film’s main villain who seeks to “reclaim” KGF. From donning a sleek suit to playing the gun-wielding action hero, Yash does it all, offering ample fan service. We also get a glimpse of Raveena Tandon playing a powerful female politician. The 2 minutes and 56 seconds clips is as intense and action-packed as expected.
