Located in the Mohammed VI Tower, Waldorf Astoria Rabat Salé will offer 55 guestrooms and suites, two specialty restaurants, Waldorf Astoria’s signature Peacock Alley, a pool restaurant, meeting and board room spaces, a spa, an outdoor and infinity pool, and a fitness studio.
Tempo by Hilton Nashville Midtown
Anticipated Opening Date: January 2026
The second Tempo by Hilton property in Nashville, the new Midtown hotel will have 161 rooms designed with wellness in mind. Tempo’s signature Power Up and Power Down zones will be found in every guestroom, and common areas include on-site dining, informal meeting space and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Anticipated Opening Date: February 2026
Celebrating the brand’s debut in Brazil, the newly built Motto by Hilton Recife will be Hilton’s first hotel in this northeastern capital, known as the ‘Venice of Brazil’ for its canals, beaches, colonial history, and culture. Located two blocks from the historical downtown area called “Marco Zero”, the 132-room hotel offers a restaurant, coworking space and a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the historical center.
The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton, named after The Bowler Hat, brings British charm and contemporary flair to the heart of the capital’s financial district.
Housed in a reimagined former office building on Great Tower Street, the hotel draws inspiration from the city’s banking heritage, offering 234 contemporary guestrooms, including 13 suites with sweeping views of London’s skyline. One of the unique design features is the Treasury Wall, which is inspired by historic safety deposit boxes.
Guests can dine at Rycrofte’s, an all-day restaurant, or unwind at the bar or coffee house, and explore nearby landmarks like the Tower of London and St Paul’s Cathedral.

Hilton Washington DC Capitol Hill is in the final stages of a property-wide renovation designed to elevate the guest experience and honor the hotel’s legacy while embracing Hilton’s refreshed brand identity.
The multi-phase project introduces a modern, locally inspired design story across all 267 guestrooms and suites, with an additional suite becoming available to book. The updated accommodations feature contemporary furnishings, neutral tones, curated artwork, and spa-style bathrooms, complemented by enhanced in-room technology.
The hotel’s food and beverage experiences reflect the energy of the nation’s capital, and common areas have been reimagined to inspire guests to gather and connect. A new coffee concept, Union Grounds, serves Starbucks and gourmet grab-and-go selections, and Bistro 525—debuted with a fresh look and menu. The Federal City Bar continues to serve craft cocktails in a stylish, relaxed setting.
The hotel offers 20,000 square feet of flexible event space that has been upgraded with improved lighting and advanced AV capabilities. Guests will also find a redesigned fitness center and expanded space for wellness routines.
Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus has been an Istanbul landmark since opening in 1955. Home to the country’s first happy hour and a witness to 70 years of cultural transformation, the property will unveil a renovation in 2026.
The hotel features 475 guestrooms including 39 suites, all with balconies or terraces. Among them, the Imperial Suite pays homage to the hotel’s existing dome. Guests can enjoy a new lobby lounge and terrace, a jazz bar, a collection of dining experiences, an executive lounge, an outdoor pool, and a health club and spa.

The hotel has undergone a full‑scale refresh, reimagining every touchpoint of the guest experience. All 600 guestrooms were updated from top to bottom, complete with new beds, light fixtures and accent furnishings.
On the first floor, the former grab-and‑go noshery has evolved into a full‑service coffee bar offering craft coffee and tea drinks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner options to go, along with a pastry display. On the second floor, Eliot’s Bar has been revitalized with new furniture and updated lighting. The experience is completed by a fully refreshed lobby with all‑new furniture and updated carpeting.
