Shah Rukh Khan Injured On The Sets Of King, Advised One Month Rest; Flies To US For Treatment



Shah Rukh Khan reportedly injured himself while shooting for his upcoming movie King. The Badshah of Bollywood has been advised to take a rest for a month. Per media reports, Shah Rukh Khan was shooting an intense scene at the sets of the Siddharth Anand directorial. The injury set off panic among the film crew; however, SRK is on the mend and has flown to the US for treatment.

Per sources quoted by various media, the actor “was shooting in Mumbai when he was injured. The exact details of the injury are being held under wraps at the moment.” The report adds, “It is more of a muscular injury and nothing serious. That being said, it is not being taken lightly.” Per the source, “Shah Rukh has travelled to the US for medical attention. He has been suggested to take a one-month rest.”

On Shah Rukh Khan’s resumption of shooting, the source stated that the actor “has been advised to rest and focus on the recovery. In fact, he has also been asked to get back to the set with caution.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s shooting schedule between July and August for the movie has now been postponed to the second half of 2025. The shoots will commence only after September.
