She is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (TMMTMTTM), which co-stars Kartik Aaryan. Sharing the selfies on her Instagram handle, Ananya captioned the post with a red lips emoji. In the photo, she is seen sitting in a car with a blue top, wearing minimal make-up and leaving her styled hair open, pouting as she poses for the camera. While fans rushed in to complement her new look by flooding the comment section of her post with heart and fire emojis, a section of the internet started to speculate if she has undergone lip surgery.
The 26-year-old actress’ photo was shared the subreddit Bolly Blinds N Gossips, with the caption, “Fillers???” Netizens rushed to share their take on the matter. One commented, “What are these girls doing? They all are going to look the same.” Another commented, “Lol I could not even recognize her for a min.”
One said, “Is this her idea of looking glamorous n mature in TM²TMT²M??!!” Another said, “She was looking just fine in the bts pics from few days ago. How did she manage to do this….in Croatia?
