Their agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed the news on November 20 with an announcement sharing details of their upcoming ceremony. Kim Woo Bin also posted a handwritten letter for the fans, confirming the same. The announcement captured a nearly decade-long romance that began in 2015, when the two of Korea’s most recognisable faces – Shin and Kim- confirmed they were dating.

On November 20, the couple’s agency, AM Entertainment, confirmed that the two are getting married in an intimate ceremony. “Hello, this is AM Entertainment. We would like to share some happy news about our actors Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin. Based on the deep trust they have built over their long relationship, Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin promised to become each other’s lifelong partners. Their wedding will be held privately on December 20 in Seoul with both families, relatives, and close friends in attendance mentioned.” The agency confirmed the wedding date to be December 20.
Meanwhile, Kim Woo Bin also posted a handwritten letter to the fans. “I am writing this because I want to be the first to share the news with my fans, who have always shown me unwavering love and support despite my shortcomings. I am getting married. I will start a family with the person I have been with for a long time, and we will now walk together,” reads part of her letter as translated by Koreaboo.
