‘Dus Kadam Door, Bacchi Hai…’: Salman Khan Scolds Paps As They Crowd Him & Niece Ayat At Mumbai Event

Currently gearing up for his return on the small screen with his controversial reality show Bigg Boss 19, Bollywood actor Salman Khan was spotted out and about the city with his family on Sunday. While the family attended an event in Mumbai over the weekend, he was seen walking hand-in-hand alongside his niece, Ayat Sharma. Known for being over-protective of his family members, especially his nieces and nephews, Khan schooled the paps for crowding him and Ayat while getting their photos and videos.

In a video shared by Instant Bollywood on Instagram, the 59-year-old actor is seen holding his youngest niece’s hand as they exit the venue. Surrounded by his team and security detail, Ayat clung to Khan’s hand as there were too many people around her. Scared at all the commotion, especially at the paparazzi trying to get a closer look for more photos and videos, the actors sternly told them to back off. He was heard saying, “Chalo chalo peeche… Dus kadam door. Bacchi saath mein hai. Aage badho.”

For those who don’t know, Ayat is the Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor’s youngest sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, and actor Aayush Sharma’s daughter. They also have a son, Ahil. The uncle-niece dup share the same birthday, on December 27.

Salman’s stern warning comes days after the paparazzi were criticised by the netizens for chasing after Hrithik Roshan’s minor 17-year-old son Hridaan Roshan and Twinkle Khanna’s niece Naomika Saran.

On the work front, he was last seen in AR Murugadoss’ film Sikandar, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. The movie failed to impress the critics as well as the audience. He will be next seen in the film Battle of Galwan. It tells the story of the battle that took place in June 2020, when Indian and Chinese troops clashed in the remote, high-altitude Galwan Valley of Ladakh. The confrontation had turned into one of the deadliest border skirmishes in over forty years.

Based on the best-selling novel, India’s Most Fearless, Salman Khan will be essaying the role of Colonel Bikumalla Santosh Babu in the upcoming war drama. The movie also stars Chitrangda Singh, Zeyn Shaw, Ankur Bhatia, Harshil Shah, Heera Sohall, Abhilash Chaudhary, and Vipin Bhardwaj in pivotal roles.
