King Release Date: SRK, Siddharth Anand And Deepika Padukone’s Hi-Octane Film’s Trailer Packs A Punch [WATCH]

Shah Rukh Khan dropped the release date announcement trailer for his upcoming action flick, King! The high-octane drama features Suhana Khan, which is a first for the dad-daughter duo to share screen space. Suhana Khan’s debut movie was The Archies in 2023, which was panned by critics with massive social media trolling over nepotism in the industry.

Deepika Padukone returns to the screen with SRK in King, alongside an ensemble of Bollywood stars including Anil Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jackie Shroff, Rani Mukerji, Saurabh Shukla, Arshad Warsi and others.

This is the second collaboration of Siddharth Anand and SRK since their first blockbuster Pathaan in 2023, a fourth installment in the YRF Spy Universe that includes the following films: Ek Tha Tiger (2012), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), Pathaan (2023), Tiger 3 (2023) and War 2 (2025).

Written by Sujoy Ghosh, the director and writer behind Jhankaar Beats (2003), Kahaani (2012), Bang Bang! (2014), Bob Biswas (2021) and other movies, the SRK movie will be the first much-anticipated collaboration with the duo.

Per the announcement trailer, King will drop in theaters near you on Christmas Eve, i.e., 24 December 2026.
