OnePlus Turbo May Launch in India as Nord CE 6, Design Leaks Online

OnePlus is expected to launch the Turbo soon in China as a gaming-focused smartphone, and leaked live images have already revealed its design and some key details. The phone features a familiar square-shaped rear camera module placed at the top-left corner and a glossy back panel, which suggests OnePlus may be aiming for a competitive, aggressive price point.

Android Headlines has shared live images of the upcoming OnePlus Turbo, offering an early look at the smartphone ahead of its expected China launch. Interestingly, the report claims the unit seen in the images, codenamed “Prado,” is intended for the Indian market, even though the Turbo branding is expected to remain China-exclusive.

In terms of design, the OnePlus Turbo closely resembles the recently launched OnePlus 15 and 15R. It features a square-shaped rear camera module housing dual sensors and an LED flash, with the power and volume buttons positioned on the right side of the frame, maintaining OnePlus’ familiar design language.

The phone is shown with a glossy rear panel, believed to be plastic, suggesting cost-cutting measures that could help OnePlus price the device aggressively. The company is reportedly testing blue and black colour options, with the leaked unit appearing in a blue variant that leans towards a greenish tint.

On the specifications front, the OnePlus Turbo is tipped to feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, slightly lower than earlier rumours of 165Hz. It may be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, though OnePlus is also said to be testing a higher-end variant with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. The phone could house a massive 9,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging and is expected to launch around March 2026, possibly at MWC, with an India debut likely under the Nord branding.
