Kantara Box Office Day 2: Rishab Shetty’s Film Enters ₹100 Crore Club

Kannada 2D screenings on Day 2 recorded impressive occupancy rates: 60.03% in the morning, 90.73% in the afternoon, 86.48% in the evening, and 92% at night, highlighting the film’s enduring popularity.

Set in 300 CE during the Kadamba dynasty, Kantara Chapter 1 serves as a prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara. The story explores the origins of the Bhuta Kola ritual, with Rishab Shetty portraying Berme, a powerful Naga Sadhu and warrior.
