‘The Cutest Video Ever!’: Fans Gush As Helen Does Pilates, Jumps On Trampoline & Dances To Her Songs At 85

Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala recently took to her official social media handles to share an adorable video of veteran Bollywood actress Helen, which has blown the netizens’ minds. At the age of 85, the latter has proved that age is just a number and if one sets their mind on something, they can fulfill it.

The video shared on Instagram starts with the veteran actress, dancer saying, “Hi, I am a girl of 85, and because of Pilates.” She proceeds to jump on the trampoline, pets Yasmin’s pet dog, and then moves on to performing challenging exercises. The trainer also shows how Helen can sit and stand up, walk up and down the stairs without any help. She does all of it without any help. As the video comes to an end, she is dancing to her iconic song Piya Tu Ab To Aja, from 1971 film Caravan.

Yasmin captioned her Instagram reel, “At 85, Helen Khan is doing things most wouldn’t even try! From climbing stairs without a cane trampoline jumps and dancing on Monica Oh My Darling—she’s just unstoppable. Living proof that Pilates keeps you young!”

As soon as the video was made live, motivational and lovable comments started pouring in from all corners.
