UFLPA shock: 83% denials trigger global cotton sourcing reset




UFLPA enforcement has crossed a tipping point: 83 per cent shipment denials, 144 blacklisted entities and $3.8 billion in goods under scrutiny.
Now, Section 301 probes across 60 economies are set to globalise forced-labour tariffs.
This is a full-scale reset of cotton sourcing, where traceability, verified origins and supplier shifts will decide cost, risk and market access.
