Six Senses La Sagesse in Grenada has announced updates to its wellness programming for 2026, introducing new immersive treatments, a roster of visiting practitioners, and dedicated amenities for solo travelers.

The resort has expanded its spa menu with the “Floating Sound Bath.” Guided by wellness experts, this new session combines water buoyancy with vibrational sound therapy to promote nervous system restoration and relaxation.

Visiting Practitioners Series 

The property is hosting a series of wellness experts for limited-time residencies throughout the first quarter of 2026:

  • Virginia Miller (Through Jan. 21, 2026): Specializing in therapeutic bodywork and craniosacral techniques, Miller’s treatments include Gua Sha facials, Lymphatic Stimulation facials, and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.

  • Daniel Weinberg (Jan. 26 – Feb. 6, 2026): Weinberg offers a personalized approach to healing, with services including Cosmetic Facial Enhancement, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, and Japanese Style Acupuncture.

  • Erin Nikole (March 1 – 13, 2026): Nikole’s sessions focus on grounding and vitality, featuring Custom Breathwork Programs and specialized Harmonizing Rituals.

Solo Traveler Focus 

To accommodate the growing solo travel market, Six Senses La Sagesse is highlighting specific programming designed for independent guests. The offerings are designed to balance privacy with opportunities for connection.

Key amenities for solo travelers include a Digital Detox Program and the brand’s signature “Eat with Six Senses” and “Sleep with Six Senses” initiatives. The resort also organizes guided excursions, such as rainforest hikes and waterfall swims, allowing independent guests to explore the island’s interior with expert guidance.
