Signature Travel Network is shaking up its leadership ranks, elevating longtime executive Karryn Christopher to president. The announcement, made during the network’s annual Owners’ Meeting in San Diego, marks a defining shift toward shared leadership at one of the most influential organizations in luxury travel.
Christopher, who joined Signature in 2001, has become a key architect of the network’s culture and partnerships. Most recently serving as executive vice president of marketing and preferred partnerships, she’s known across the luxury space for deepening supplier relationships and championing advisors.
“Our coworkers, members and partners adore and respect Karryn because she leads with both head and heart,” Alex Sharpe, who will continue as CEO, said in a statement. “She has a rare ability to bring people together and turn ideas into impactful results. With Karryn stepping into this role, our leadership capacity and ability to serve our members is stronger than ever.”
In her new position, Christopher will take on a more outward-facing role, representing Signature with members, partners, and luxury industry stakeholders. Sharpe remains focused on strategic growth, but the move underscores how Signature is doubling down on advisor engagement and long-term success.
“I am honored to serve as president,” Christopher added. “I am constantly inspired by the passion and dedication of our team, our members, and our partners. Together, we will continue to grow, evolve, and create unforgettable experiences that elevate the travel industry.”
Signature now represents more than 280 agencies with 600 locations across North America and beyond, with its 15,000 advisors generating more than $11 billion in annual travel sales.
