Ship&Play, a luggage concierge service backed by the logistics infrastructure of ShipSticks, ShipSkis, and Luggage Free, has launched a partnership with Signature Travel Network, the luxury advisor collective announced this week.
The integration will allow Signature members to offer Ship&Play’s services as a commissionable amenity and bundle it directly into client itineraries.
The partnership targets a recurring pain point in luxury travel: luggage management across multi-leg journeys. Signature members have long operated at the periphery of this logistical headache—golf trips, cruises, multi-stop tours, and family vacations all present baggage coordination challenges that traditionally fall outside an advisor’s purview. The new agreement positions Ship&Play as a white-glove solution advisors can now own within their service offerings.
“Travel should feel as seamless as it is memorable. With Ship&Play, we help make that a reality,” said Jonathan Marsico, Co-Founder and CEO of Ship&Play. “We created Ship&Play to remove one of the most persistent friction points in travel, reducing stress for travelers and improving overall travel satisfaction. We are incredibly excited to partner with Signature and to bring our services to a highly engaged network of advisors seeking thoughtful ways to add value for their clients.”
Signature Travel Network CEO Alex Sharpe said the service fills a specific gap in luxury advisors’ toolkits.
“At Signature, we seek preferred partners that meaningfully elevate the travel experience for both our members and their clients,” Sharpe said. “Ship&Play delivers a simple, highly relevant solution that integrates seamlessly into the consultative process, enabling our members to provide added value and a true white-glove experience for travelers while easing one of the most stressful touchpoints in their clients’ journeys.”
The partnership launches this spring, with additional member education and activation resources to follow.
