Seabourn Unveils Entertainment on 2026 World Cruise


Seabourn has unveiled an acclaimed entertainment lineup for its 2026 “World Cruise – Ring of Fire: Hidden Gems” onboard Seabourn Sojourn. Departing January 6, 2026, from Long Beach, CA, the 129-day voyage will spotlight Grammy-winning artists, A-list performers and original variety shows brimming with music, dance and theatrical flair.

Sailing more than 28,000 nautical miles along the “Ring of Fire,” the voyage will explore 63 destinations across 14 countries, including seven overnight stays, seven extended port visits, and two crossings of the International Date Line. Shorter segments ranging from 10 to 48 days are also available for guests who are not able to sail the entire World Cruise. Guests will be treated to a lineup of live performances from more than 50 musical artists, including Grammy winners, nominees and internationally celebrated entertainers. Here are a few highlights, along with the segments showcasing these talents:

  • 18-day “World Cruise: Hawaii & French Polynesia” (January 6–24, 2026) – This sailing will feature Jake Shimabukuro, often hailed as the world’s foremost ukulele virtuoso. This Grammy-nominated artist will perform on January 13 in Honolulu. Celebrated for his genre-defying style, Shimabukuro has captivated audiences worldwide, from the Hollywood Bowl to the Sydney Opera House.
  • 18-day “World Cruise: Hawaii & French Polynesia” (January 6–24, 2026) – This segment will feature Brazilian-born jazz guitarist Diego Figueiredo, known for his joyful energy and astonishing technique. Figueiredo will showcase the artistry that earned him a Grammy nomination and a reputation as one of the finest guitarists performing today.
  • 10-day “World Cruise: Indonesia & The Philippines” March 25–April 4, 2026) – This segment will feature Christine Allado, a Grammy-nominated vocalist known for her role in the West End production of Hamilton. Allado has also performed alongside Andrea Bocelli and brings powerful stage presence and vocal range to the lineup.
  • 10-day “World Cruise: Jewels of Japan” (April 4–14, 2026) – Singer-songwriter and daughter of country legend Glen Campbell, Ashley Campbell will captivate the audience with heartfelt storytelling and Americana roots. Her debut single, “Remembering,” written for her father, was featured on the Grammy-winning and Oscar-nominated “Glen Campbell: I’ll Be Me” soundtrack.

Guests will enjoy solo recitals by Steinway pianists Congyu Wang and Dominic Ferris, along with performances from the dynamic Nurry Lee and ARIA-nominated Van-Anh Nguyen. The award-winning string quartet Bowjangles will add a theatrical twist, blending classical music, comedy and theater. The 30-day “World Cruise: South Pacific & New Zealand Treasures” (January 24–February 24, 2026) will feature Congyu Wang; the 16-day “World Cruise: Southern Australian Coasts” (February 24–March 12, 2026) will feature Van-Anh Nguyen; the 20-day “World Cruise: Spring Circumnavigation of Japan” (April 4–24, 2026) features Nurry Lee; the 22-day “World Cruise: Golden Week to Glacier Bay” (April 24–May 15, 2026) features Dominic Ferris; and the 22-day “World Cruise: Golden Week to Glacier Bay” (April 24–May 15, 2026) features Bowjangles.

Guests can also enjoy four jukebox-style tribute shows featuring Charity Lockhart as Aretha Franklin, Daniel Thompson as Johnny Cash, Nyree Huysen as Celine Dion and Peter Byrne as Neil Diamond, along with a full cast of comedians, magicians, dancers, instrumentalists and vocalists delivering high-energy entertainment throughout the voyage.

New & Notable Performances

In addition, the 2026 World Cruise will feature original productions, acclaimed performers and immersive musical experiences at sea. Highlights include:

  • The critically acclaimed one-man play “Being Mr. Wickham” starring British actor Adrian Lukis who joins the lineup in honor of Jane Austen’s 250th celebration on the 20-day “World Cruise: Spring Circumnavigation of Japan” (April 4–24, 2026).
  • The debut of “V for Variety,” a new show in partnership with Belinda King Creative Productions, featured on every segment of the voyage.
  • The Band, Seabourn Sojourn’s resident five-piece ensemble, led by pianist Eugene Kudriashov.
  • The multitalented musician Charlie Pothecary—dubbed a “living jukebox”—who will delight guests at the Observation Bar with performances on piano, guitar and harmonica. Additionally, The Four Tunes return to The Club by popular demand, with sets led by Benjie and vocalist Shey.
