The latest report shared by Zomato suggests that momos is the most loved and ordered food by Indians in 2021, but the trend of experimental fusion food in the country seems to unlock a new level each day. Just hours after a Lucknow street vendor’s innovative ‘Chowmein Golgappa’ had taken over the internet, new fusion food has grabbed everyone’s attention, and it involves ‘dosa’ and ‘ice cream’.
Yeah, you heard it right. A Delhi man has combined masala dosa with ice cream and come up with new fusion food, ‘Masala Dosa Ice Cream Roll’ which seems to have gone viral on the internet. The clip that has been making rounds on the internet features a man adding scoops of vanilla ice cream to masala dosa and making rolls of them, which he serves with some chutney and aloo sabzi. Needless to say, the clip has caught everyone’s attention on social media but failed to impress the netizens. While many expressed their discontent with the fusion food, several ‘dosa’ lovers shared pictures of their favourite food.
