Langham Hospitality Group Names U.S. Operations Lead


Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) has appointed Michele Grosso as regional vice president, Operations, U.S., effective February 1, 2026. He will continue to serve as managing director of The Langham, Boston while assuming his regional responsibilities.

In his expanded role, Grosso will oversee hotel operations across the Group’s U.S. portfolio spanning two brands: The Langham Hotels and Resorts and Eaton, working closely with managing directors and general managers to enhance guest experience, support commercial objectives and maintain brand standards.

“Michele’s deep operational expertise and international leadership experience make him exceptionally well-suited to steer our portfolio in the U.S., which has long been a key market for us,” LHG Chief Executive Officer Bob van den Oord said in a statement. “His ability to inspire teams and deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences will be instrumental in sustaining strong performance across our hotels in the region.”

Grosso brings more than 28 years of luxury hotel experience to the position. He joined LHG in 2019 as managing director of The Langham, Boston, where he has led the hotel through a period of strong performance and recognition following its renovation. Prior to LHG, he spent much of his career with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, holding senior operational roles at prominent properties across the Americas, Europe and Asia, including hotels in Chicago, Toronto, Punta Mita, Milan, Prague and Singapore.
