One of the most fan-favourite on-screen couples, Kabir Singh co-stars Kiara Advani and Shahid Kapoor turned on their charms on the couch of Koffee With Karan in the latest episode. Donned in white, the duo carried that image throughout the episode as they played it safe whilst manoeuvring Karan Johar’s tactical questions. While the 41-year-old has graced the show every season, the Shershaah star was a veteran and arguably stole his limelight.
The first half of the episode was filled with Karan Johar poking Kiara Advani to reveal her relationship status coupled with Shahid’s occasional humouristic jabs. Moreover, it was painful to watch him get interrupted and getting talked over repeatedly. The actor talked about Jersey’s box office failure, his marriage and the poor status of Bollywood while Kiara’s conversations dominantly circled around Sidharth Malhotra.

Shahid Kapoor’s charm and wit were somewhat lost in Karan Johar’s incessant prompts for Kiara Advani to get her to admit her relationship with Sidharth Malhotra. The seasoned actor’s loud and child-like personality only came through while playing a fun segment that manages to bring out the fun sides of the actors. On the other hand, Kiara came off confident but diplomatically bland while answering some juicy questions.
