With more and more experimental food making its way on the internet, almost every day, we just stumbled across a video of a so-called ‘invisible pizza’ that has grabbed everyone’s attention. Yes, you heard that right, a transparent pizza created by popular social media chef, Michael Ligier. Known for his experimental culinary skills, the young food artist aspires to become a Michelin Star Chef one day.

Ligier, who enjoys a huge fan following on social media already, shared a clip of ‘invisible pizza’ which he baked at home. The YouTube sensation took the molecular gastronomy route to create a transparent pizza base and added a couple of toppings like fresh basil, tomato juice caviar, garlic powder and mozzarella cheese to surprise his viewers with the final result. An invisible but crunchy pizza. But more than the pizza, it was the entire baking process that left netizens amused.

Given the fact that food trends have become quite a hit with the audience, YouTube shared the video on its official Instagram as well. And within no time, the post was flooded with a barrage of comments. ‘I was just thinking about ordering pizza,’ one user wrote. While another said, ‘Looks like sushi a bit.’ But that’s not all as some even criticized the pizza for losing its authenticity.

On the other hand, after the viral food trends like the Butter Chicken Golgappe and Idli on Icecream Stick bizarre experiments, netizens are having a gala time poking fun and slamming the one responsible for coming up with the idea of making Rasgulla Chaat.
