Four Seasons Resort Nevis Unveils Culinary Collaborations

Four Seasons Resort Nevis is thrilled to welcome back celebrated chef, bestselling author and television personality Rocco DiSpirito for his second annual Thanksgiving culinary residency, taking place November 25–28, 2025. Following the tremendous success of last year’s debut, Chef DiSpirito returns to the Caribbean’s top beachfront resort to once again blend his signature cuisine with the vibrant local flavors of Nevis.

During the festive three-day residency, Chef DiSpirito will collaborate with the resort’s Executive Chef Daniel Hurtado and his culinary team to craft a gastronomic journey showcasing the island’s bounty. The lineup includes restaurant takeovers at EsQuilina on Tuesday, November 25 and Friday, November 28, along with an interactive cooking demo and special lunch event on Wednesday, November 26. Guests can look forward to a culinary experience enhanced by Chef DiSpirito’s signature cocktails, vibrant hospitality and a few surprises.

“We are honored to welcome Chef Rocco back to Four Seasons Resort Nevis,” said Gaman Guadagni, resort manager. “His creativity and culinary passion left a lasting impression on our guests last year, and we’re excited to offer another unforgettable Thanksgiving experience with his distinctive touch.”

A James Beard Award-winning chef, DiSpirito is renowned for his culinary innovation and media presence, with more than 300 television appearances and 14 cookbooks. From his NYC restaurant Union Pacific to hosting and competing on popular food shows, Chef DiSpirito continues to inspire both at home and in professional kitchens across the globe.

The culinary celebrations don’t stop there—Four Seasons Resort Nevis has also announced a brand-new Celebrity Chef collaboration with Chef Jeff Mauro, Emmy-nominated Food Network personality and beloved “Sandwich King.” From September 15–16, 2025, Chef Mauro will bring his high-energy cooking style and inventive flavors to Nevis for two days of gourmet goodness as part of a larger celebration of Independence Day and National Heroes Day in St. Kitts and Nevis. The festivities will also include a vibrant pool and beach day party at Kastawey Beach Bar, featuring specialty sandwiches, grill specials and a partnership with Old Road Rum.
