Farah Khan has become a popular vlogger in recent years. Her cooking vlogs featuring celebrities have gained a large following. Her cook, Dilip, is a key part of these videos, often acting as her co-star.
Recently, Farah warned fans about someone pretending to be Dilip on social media. On Sunday morning, she shared a screenshot on Instagram Stories of a fake account using Dilip’s name. The account had over 50,000 followers, called itself a blogger, and even mentioned Farah.
She wrote, “This is a FAKE account, and we are complaining.” Tagging the account, she added, “You better take it down.” At the time, the account had 244 posts, including Reels with over 100,000 views each, mostly clips from Farah and Dilip’s vlogs.
Soon after her post, the account changed its name to A1 Blogger, updated its display image, and removed or archived all posts, leaving it with zero posts. Other accounts pretending to be Dilip exist on Instagram but have very few followers and little reach.
In a recent vlog with Ajay Devgn, Farah shared how she met Dilip. She said, “You know how I found him? Oh my God! I have to tell you this story. He was outside your house. How could I forget this? Yeh aapke bungalow ke bahar ghoom raha tha. This was about 12–13 years ago.”
Farah started her cooking vlogs with Dilip in 2024. Combining her humor with Dilip’s lively personality, the vlogs became a hit. In these videos, Farah and Dilip visit celebrity homes, cook simple dishes, and share fun conversations and banter.
