Explora Journeys, the luxury ocean travel brand of the MSC Group announces the launch of the Explora Club Referral Program, designed to recognize and reward the loyalty of existing Explora Club Members while inviting their friends and loved ones to discover the world of Explora Journeys.
Since its launch in April 2025, the Explora Club loyalty program rewarded guests with an array of privileges, including early access to new Journeys Collections, thoughtful gifts and surprises, pre-journey services, and exclusive onboard events. The Explora Club Referral Program now extends not only additional benefits to existing members, but also to those who accept their invitation to join the Explora Club.
“Explora Journeys is defined by the connections we create—with the ocean, with destinations and with each other,” said Anna Nash, president of Explora Journeys. “The Explora Club Referral Program celebrates these connections, allowing Members to share the joy of discovery with friends and family, while being rewarded for their loyalty. It’s about welcoming new guests to our community and experiencing the Ocean State of Mind together.”
The Explora Club Referral Program allows registered members to invite up to 10 new referred guests per year to discover the brand’s immersive journeys. Referred guests must be entirely new to sailing with Explora Journeys and enroll in the Explora Club to enjoy the benefits. Each referred guest receives 200 Future Journey Credits, applied towards their first reservation, along with 500 Explora Club points awarded on the journey’s completion.
The referring Explora Club Member is equally rewarded, receiving 200 Future Journey Credits once the newly referred Member embarks for their first journey, with 500 Explora Club points awarded on the journeys’ completion. Point cumulation enables Explora Club Members to advance through tiers—from Classic through Silver, Gold and Platinum to the top Diamond tier, with each tier being incrementally rewarded.
In addition to the array of introductory rewards, guests enrolling in the Explora Club can apply to match their status held with other, eligible cruise loyalty programs, to enjoy equivalent recognition with Explora Journeys.
This program encourages companions to sail together and create shared memories across destinations, onboard experiences and quiet moments at sea. From sunrise reflections and ever-changing views to evenings beneath starlit skies, the program captures Explora Journeys’ ethos of bringing people together while inviting them to discover the world in new ways.
