Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, on Wednesday, finally released his much-awaited album AURA. The 10-track album has been taking the internet by storm, especially the first music video of Kufar, starring Manushi Chillar, from the album. For those who don’t know, Raj Randhodh has penned the lyrics for the album, which is produced by several artists, including Intense, Preet Hundal, MixSingh, Avvy Sra, and Sunny Malton. AUR certainly demonstrates a collaborative effort amongst the musicians, as all the songs are very different from each other.
Announcing the release of Kufar’s music video, Dosanjh wrote, “KUFAR Official Video OUT NOW on YOUTUBE ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 AURA The Sexiest ALBUM 💿 OF THE YEAR 😍” Featuring the winner of the 2017 Miss World pageant, the music video presents three different settings, keeping the audience hooked as the singer references the themes in the song while mentioning Manushi’s character’s tantrums, yoga, and Picasso.

According to India Today, Kufar has been mastered by Sean and written by Raj Randhodh. While the direction and choreography were done by Piyush and Shazia, the music production was handled by MixSingh. The 10-track album is available for everyone to enjoy on music streaming platforms like Spotify, SoundCloud, JioSaavn, YouTube Music, and more.
It is to be noted that Kufar is the AURA album’s second track. The rest of the songs are titled – Senorita, You & Me, Charmer, Ban, Balle Balle, Gunda, Mahiya, Broken Soul, and God Bless. The album is being promoted as “the sexiest album of the year.” While fans are busy enjoying the release of Kufar’s music video, Diljit asked fans to await the release of Charmer’s music video next. Sharing a BTS video, he wrote, “Chal Oh Sewka ithe Tan Kam Khatre Vala Ah 😈 HEERE KUFAR KAREIN ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 Next Video CHARMER Then GOD BLESS THEN.. Continue 😈 AURA 💿”

Well, all the songs in the album are different from each other. Dosanjh’s approach has certainly given his fans a glimpse into how Punjabi pop music is diversifying itself as years go by. Having achieved worldwide recognition, he is hell bound on taking the Punjabi music on an international stage.
On the work front, Diljit Dosanjh is currently on a roll. Despite the setback of the entire Sardaar Ji 3 controversy, he basked in the International Emmy Awards nomination for his film Amar Singh Chamkila. After the release of AURA, he will now be seen next in Border 2, starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, and Ahaan Panday. He was also supposed to be a part of No Entry 2; however, due to issues with his schedule, he opted out of the movie. The actor-musician is yet to officially announce the rest of his projects.
