Dhanteras 2025: Festive Wishes From PM Modi, Kangana Ranaut, Paytm Boss And Others; Internet Celebrates With Memes

Dhanteras or Dhanatrayodashi, marks the commencement of Diwali festivities with the worship of the god of Ayurveda, Dhanteras. The day is also observed as the National Ayurveda Day.

On the auspicious occasion, PM Modi conveyed his warm wishes to the nation. He wished for good luck, good health, and prosperity of the Indian citizens. He remarked, “Bhagwan Dhanwantari aapko bharpoor aashirwad de.” (May god Dhanwantari bless you abundantly).

देश के मेरे सभी परिवारजनों को धनतेरस की अनेकानेक शुभकामनाएं। इस पावन अवसर पर मैं हर किसी के सुख, सौभाग्य और आरोग्य की कामना करता हूं। भगवान धन्वंतरि सबको अपना भरपूर आशीर्वाद दें।

Opposition leader and Lok Sabha MP from Wayanad (Kerala), Priyanka Gandhi Vadra too extended her wishes for the festival. She remarked, “Maa Lakshmi sabka kalyan karein.” (May mother Laxmi bestow her blessings on all.)

सभी देशवासियों को पावन पर्व धनतेरस की हार्दिक बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं।

इस अवसर पर आप सबके जीवन में सुख, समृद्धि और संपन्नता की कामना करती हूं। मां लक्ष्मी सबका कल्याण करें।

Actor-turned politician and Lok Sabha MP from Mandi, Kangana Ranaut shared a wish post on her social media stating “धनतेरस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।”

Several others joined in sending their wishes to fellow netizens on X/Twitter and other social media platforms. Mrinal Pande jibed. “का मतलब? सोना चाँदी कपड़े बर्तन की ख़रीदारी नहीं है , असली धन तो है बढ़िया स्वास्थ्य ! सो आज के दिन सबके सुखद शारीरिक मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के लिये शुभकामनाएँ!”
