Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone is currently busy with her two upcoming projects, AA22xA6 as well as Shah Rukh Khan starrer King. With fans eager to learn more about her upcoming roles, it seems like she has even more in store for them. According to various media publications, Padukone might make her appearance in the upcoming season of The White Lotus.
Yes, you read that right! It is being reported that the Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela actress, who was supposed to make an appearance in The White Lotus season 3, will now be appearing as a new guest in season 4. If reports are to be believed, she was supposed to star alongside BLACKPINK’s Lisa in season 3; however, due to her pregnancy, the collaboration was put on hold.
Quoting a report by Deccan Chronicle, Wion states that she is expected to be a part of the fourth season of The White Lotus. She will reportedly be sharing a screen with Jennifer Coolidge, Natasha Rothwell, and Alexandra Daddario, among many others. It is to be noted that no official confirmation about her special appearance on the show has been made as of yet.
For those who don’t know, the dark comedy anthology series will reportedly be returning with a mix of old and new characters in a new location. Various media reports state that the upcoming season will take place at the Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez, France. Season 4 will reportedly begin production in the spring.
On the work front, Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Atlee and Allu Arjun’s collaboration, tentatively titled AA22xA6. She also has Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand’s actioner King in her pipeline.
