Chef Kevin Fehling Returns to Hapag-Lloyd’s Europa in 2026

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises has opened bookings for cruises featuring three-star chef Kevin Fehling. Owner of the award winning restaurant The Table in Hamburg, Fehling will once again bring his signature style to the high seas, joining the Europa on eight itineraries in 2026. As the creative force behind The Globe, the specialty restaurant on Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ Europa, Fehling blends modern haute cuisine with maritime lightness, offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience available exclusively aboard the ship.

Fehling’s presence onboard will include personal appearances, exclusive menus, and direct interaction with guests. The Europa’s 400 guests also enjoy four additional fine-dining venues, all included in the cruise fare.

“Kevin Fehling stands for innovation, precision, and a passion for excellence values that mirror the spirit of the Europa,” said Isolde Susset, managing director of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. “His recent recognition at the Best Chef Awards in Milan underscores his international stature.”

Fehling’s 2026 voyages include:

  • Gran Canaria–Nice (March 13–27, 2026)
  • Nice–Malaga (May 18–28, 2026)
  • Hamburg–Travemünde (June 12–26, 2026)
  • Hamburg–Hamburg (Aug 5–21, 2026)
  • Hamburg–Palma de Mallorca (Sept. 6–22, 2026)
  • Fusina–Piraeus (Oct 4–14,2026)
  • Piraeus–Palma de Mallorca (Oct 26–Nov 5, 2026)
  • Malaga–Lisbon (Nov 15–25, 2026)

A longtime partner of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, Fehling first launched The Globe aboard the Europa in 2019. Inspired by his early career at sea on the Europa as a sous chef, the restaurant reflects his philosophy of creative reduction, “Magic begins when you say a lot with a little.” Guests can expect a journey around the world on every plate, marked by precision, artistry, and emotion.
