Baker’s Cay Resort in The Florida Keys Unveils New Suites

Baker’s Cay Resort Key Largo, Curio Collection by Hilton is preparing to unveil 12 new luxury suites later this fall. The expanded accommodations are now open for booking for stays beginning November 2025.

Set among tropical gardens and affording waterfront views, the new Waterview Palm Suites, Partial Waterview Palm Suites and Paradise Suites are designed for couples, families and small groups. The new suites feature calming palettes of oceanic blues and sun-washed neutrals layered with driftwood-inspired tones, reef-like textures and locally sourced artwork. Furthermore, open, airy layouts offer abundant natural light.

Originally built on the site of a former pineapple plantation, Baker’s Cay has long been a favorite with travelers seeking laid-back luxury. The new suite collection enhances the guest experience with more room to unwind and more ways to engage with the property’s signature offerings, from beachfront lounging and paddleboarding to eco-programming and curated culinary moments.

The 200-room resort offers modern comforts in harmony with nature. A nod to the Keys’ seafaring past, the contemporary coastal resort pulls influence from its surroundings, weaving a love for the land, the ocean and sustainability into every aspect of the guest experience, from onsite programming to local partnerships. With a focus on curated experiences and finely crafted island adventures, Baker’s Cay beckons guests to embrace this inspired natural setting with sustainably crafted culinary experiences at both Calusa and Dry Rocks; elevated amenities and adventurous experiences including Dock to Dish; pool with bar; and over 20,000 square feet of event space, including a 7,000-square-foot outdoor garden.
