Azamara Cruises has opened bookings for 14 World Cruise Segments, nine Grand Voyages, and six Combination Cruises from its 2028 World Cruise, offering travelers the flexibility to tailor their world cruise experience.
Spanning 175 nights aboard Azamara Onward, the 2028 World Cruise is Azamara’s most immersive global journey yet. With newly introduced segments and extended sailing options, guests can experience the same rare ports, longer stays, and rich cultural immersion of the full cruise, now with greater flexibility to curate a journey that fits their schedule.
Highlights include remote South Pacific exploration with calls to bucket-list destinations such as Easter Island, Pitcairn Island, and Komodo Island, alongside Southeast Asia itineraries featuring extended time in Ho Chi Minh City and a double overnight in Bangkok. Guests will also enjoy overnights and late-night stays in global hubs including Singapore, Cape Town, and Florence.
Whether joining for a single portion, combining multiple regions, or embarking on the full World Cruise, travelers enjoy Azamara’s signature extended destination days, access to rare and hard-to-reach ports best experienced by cruise, and curated cultural experiences.

Azamara World Cruise Segments offer “choose your own adventure” flexibility of the 175-night voyage, allowing guests to access the same rare ports, extended stays, overnights, and immersive cultural experiences as the full World Cruise, without committing to the entire journey.

January 19–February 4, 2028 (Peru, Chile, Pitcairn & French Polynesia): This chapter takes guests from Lima (Callao) through the remote wonders of the South Pacific, including extended visits to Easter Island and Pitcairn Island, before continuing on to French Polynesian ports such as Fakarava, Moorea and Papeete in Tahiti. Whether exploring ancient moai statues or soaking up tropical island culture, this segment is a standout for bucket-list discoveries. March 28–April 10, 2028 (Vietnam, Thailand & Singapore): This Southeast Asia chapter features extended time ashore in Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, followed by multi-day exploration in Thailand with a double overnight in Bangkok. The adventure concludes with visits to Ko Samui and vibrant Singapore.
March 1–March 17, 2028 (Australia & Indonesia): As part of this chapter through Australia and Indonesia, guests booking this segment will have the opportunity to experience The Spirit of Australia’s Outback AzAmazing Journey.
