Since launching in April, Delta’s partnership with Uber continues to deliver meaningful value to SkyMiles members. First announced at CES 2025, the collaboration between the two brands is reshaping what loyalty looks like—integrating travel, lifestyle and technology to create a more connected experience.
Delta and Uber have launched a new airport drop-off pilot at LGA, designed to elevate the customer experience while reducing congestion. Customers can now self-select “Express Drop Off, Checked-In” and be dropped off at the Express Drop Off area on the outer curb, where they’ll be greeted with curbside hospitality, wayfinding support, a direct path to security, and, for a limited time, giveaways. This will help redirect traffic to under-utilized spaces, easing flow and enhancing convenience for customers.
More than 1.4 million SkyMiles members have already linked their Delta and Uber accounts, unlocking the ability to earn miles on eligible Uber rides and Uber Eats deliveries. This milestone reflects the success of Delta’s strategy to meet members where they are—at home, on the road, or in the air.
Delta’s loyalty vision goes beyond travel. By partnering with category-leading brands like Uber, Delta is creating a lifestyle ecosystem that rewards members for how they live, not just how they fly. Whether commuting across town, heading to the airport or ordering dinner to enjoy when they get home, Uber is helping to deliver on Delta’s multi-modal travel future, offering intuitive service and seamless integration with SkyMiles.
SkyMiles members with linked accounts can access exclusive perks that make travel even more rewarding:
- Three miles per eligible dollar spent on Uber Reserve trips
- Two miles per eligible dollar spent on premium rides such as Uber Comfort and Uber Black
- One mile per eligible dollar spent on UberX rides to and from airports
- One mile per eligible dollar spent on $40+ restaurant and grocery orders with Uber Eats
Plus, Delta SkyMiles American Express card members who use their card for purchases in the qualifying Uber categories will continue to earn the additional mile per dollar on eligible purchases. For example, eligible card members will earn a total of four miles per eligible dollar spent on Uber Reserve Trips. Terms apply.
Eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express card members can take advantage of a limited-time offer to unlock an Uber One monthly credit. Use an eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to pay for an auto-renewing Uber One monthly membership by June 25, 2026 and earn a statement credit for up to $9.99 back each month for up to 6 consecutive months for Delta SkyMiles Gold and Gold Business American Express card members or up to 12 consecutive months for Delta SkyMiles Platinum, Platinum Business, Reserve, and Reserve Business American Express card members. Amex terms and Uber One membership terms apply.
For a limited time, SkyMiles members can unlock an exclusive in-flight offer for 30 percent their next Uber Reserve (up to $20) ride available only through Delta Sync Wi-Fi. While in flight, customers can select Delta as their airline, choose their specific flight, and easily schedule a ride to meet them when they land. The experience is designed to be intuitive and flexible—the reservation will track with the customers’ flight’s arrival time, helping ensure a smooth transition from gate to curb.
These offers reflect Delta’s broader loyalty commitment to partnering with lifestyle brands that deliver meaningful value in the moments that matter most.
