And It’s Finally Here! BTS X Coldplay Release Their First Collaborative Track My Universe; ARMY Showers It With Love

Global K-pop icons BTS and Coldplay’s much-anticipated track ‘My Universe’ is finally here! And just like BTS Army and other music fanatics on this planet, we too are grooving to the tunes of the newly released peppy track. With BTS leader RM and Suga mentioned among songwriters, the My Universe is a beautiful union of English and Korean lyrics.

With Coldplay once again leaving the audience impressed, BTS too have weaved their magic, urging everyone to prioritise love with the beautiful lyrics of My Universe. And with Chris Martin crooning, ‘You, you are my universe and I just want to put you first. And you, you are my universe, and you make my world light up inside,’ in the chorus, the track is definitely the right track to brighten up your day. And looks like the BTS Army also agrees with us, as they just can’t stop praising the track by their favourite K-Pop band, who have teamed up with the British rock band for the first time.

While the popular music bands have finally collaborated after months of speculations, BTS had recently gifted Coldplay members with hanbok (traditional Korean clothes). The K-Pop group even shared a glimpse of Chris Martin and his group donning the attires as they all posed together for an unmissable click.

It has been quite an exciting week for BTS as they were an integral part of South Korean President Moon Jae-in’s Special Presidential Envoy for Future Generations and Culture at the 76th United Nations General Assembly in New York. BTS members RM, Jin, Jungkook, Jimin, J-Hope, V and Suga not only impressed everyone with their inspirational speech but even entertained with an amazing ‘Permission to Dance’ performance at the United Nations General Assembly.

While the lyrical clip of My Universe released by BTS and Coldplay has exploded the internet, the video version is also expected to drop soon. And the track will also be included in the British rock band’s upcoming music album, Music Of The Spheres, releasing on October 15 as well.
