Let’s face it, we can always find an excuse to raise a glass of cheer.

Whether you are celebrating an upcoming wedding, new baby, promotion, Teacher Appreciation Day or simply the fact that the weekend has arrived, here are a few stylish ways to enjoy the perfect toast.

For the pinot noir lover, Copper Cane Wines offers a fabulous selection from California, including Belle Glos. The distinctive region provides an ideal climate for wine growing with its combination of soil type, sunlight, and varying amount of fog. The Belle Glos 2022 Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir boasts a deep purple color with aromas of warm blackberry pie, raspberry, licorice, and white pepper. The velvety texture is finished off with hints of dry cherry, crushed lavender and chocolate covered blueberries.

For the free-spirited wine connoisseur, be sure to check out Planeta’s Frappato DOC Vittoria. The Sicilian grape produces a rare wine since there are less than 2,000 acres of Frappato planted worldwide, with most of that acreage located in Sicily. Tasting notes of the cherry-colored wine include hints of white pepper and tobacco along with red fruit.

With so many Hollywood actors and musicians looking to create their own celebrity-backed wine and spirits, we knew it was only a matter of time before Grammy-nominated Jeremih would come up with his own creation. Inspired by his chart-topping debut hit single, “Birthday Sex,” the wine with the same name is a collaboration between the artist and Napa Valley/Sonoma winemaker Russell Bevan. Described as a “naked” Chardonnay with risqué bottle design, the light yet flavorful wine features a delicious combination of oak nuances and fruit flavors.

Courtesy of Glasvin

The folks at Glasvin know just how important glassware is when it comes to elevating a wine sipping experience. Popular picks from their handblown glassware sets include The Champagne designed for sipping bubbly or sparkling wine, The Prestige created for red wines, and, our favorite, The Obsession, a Burgundy-style glass designed to maximize aromas.

Courtesy of Bark & Barware

If you prefer cocktails over a glass of vino, the folks at Bark & Barware have a fun Premium Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker Kit with Torch that is perfect for entertaining. Whether you are looking for a host or hostess gift or simply want to treat yourself, the set arrives in a natural wood box and contains silver tools and six different flavors of wood chips. The whiskey smoker set includes a smoker kit with torch where you can create your own smoking cocktail while the aged and charred bourbon smoker kit provides a smoky flavor with every easy creation.

Courtesy of Mijenta

Another favorite for spirits lover is Mijenta, an additive-free, sustainable tequila, that just introduced their newest limited-edition expression, Cristalino. The latest launch features notes of maple, caramel, coffee, coconut, toffee, and fruity hints of citrus and honey combined with cooked agave for a smooth taste.

The Cat 133 Is A Smaller Version Of Tecnomar’s ‘This Is It’

From JustLuxe Content Partner MensGear

While monohull superyachts are popular due to their sleek and sporty silhouettes, catamarans cater to clients who want larger spaces to customize. After featuring several ships from Tecnomar, we are thrilled that their latest project is a stunning follow-up to last year’s This Is It. The sequel is somewhat smaller based on the company’s Cat 133 platform.

Nevertheless, the Italian Sea Group’s reputation for futuristic and automotive-inspired designs is intact. The firm’s Centro Stile team ensures the new addition to the fleet incorporates all the bells and whistles their yachts are known for.

The defining features of this Cat 133 are the transparent twin hulls courtesy of the glass panels.

It retains the sweeping curves of its predecessor, which enhances its clean profile. Tecnomar reveals that the superstructure is constructed of aluminum alloy, while the exterior sections of its decks appear to be clad in teak. The This Is It was a 143-foot multihull, but this fresh addition is more modest at 133 feet.

The official listing details a total volume of roughly 499 GT, which pales compared to the 750 GT of its larger cousin.

These numbers can be deceiving as Cat 133 has already allocated 3,000 square feet for decks outside. As of this writing, information about the interiors remains under wraps.

Therefore, Tecnomar draws attention to the aft beach club, where two foldable side doors and twin internal wings can be deployed to provide a 52-foot-wide swim platform.

The Cat 133 can accommodate 10 guests and 11 crew. There are also plenty of activities available on board.

You have a cocktail bar for refreshments and beverages, an indoor cinema for movies, a spa for wellness, a two-level garden, and more. According to the shipbuilder, approximately 750 square feet of photovoltaic panels will line the arches and hardtop of the Cat 133 to harvest clean energy.

Finally, two MAN V12 engines and twin 50 kW electric thrusters enable a maximum cruising speed of 15 knots. The This Is It still overshadows the Cat 133 in size, speed, and style, but it packs enough stellar features to stand on its own.

From JustLuxe Content Partner MensGear

According to Realtor, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel has sold the home he shares with his model wife, Miranda Kerr, for $19,950,000. The property, located at 655 Macculloh Drive in Los Angeles, California, is in a private Brentwood neighborhood just below The Getty Museum.

Noted architect Gerard Colcord originally designed the Brentwood property in 1951. It sits on nearly one acre of land and is just over 7,164 square feet. It has four bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathrooms. A poolside guesthouse and a detached guesthouse with two additional guest suites exist. In total, the property has seven bathrooms.

Spiegel’s main house features a two-story foyer boasting custom wood paneling and a large formal living room. It also hosts a wood-paneled formal dining room, a library, and a family room. Nearly all of the rooms feature extensive built-in cabinetry and beautiful moldings. It’s said that Ford did some of the woodwork in the house as he used to be carpenter.

Moreover, the home has an eat-in kitchen with skylights and marble countertops, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a glass-fronted SubZero refrigerator. Additional amenities include an office, a wine cellar, four original fireplaces, and more.

Spiegel’s Brentwood property is fronted by a long, gated driveway that climbs to a circular motor court. It has a two-car attached garage, brick terraces, several upper-level balconies, and tree-ringed lawns. The couple listed their home after Kerr listed her Malibu dwelling for $4.5 million earlier this year and after they moved into their palatial $120 million property in the nearby Holmby Hills neighborhood. Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates holds the listing.

IPL 2024 Points Table: What Loss vs SRH Means For Virat Kohli’s RCB In Playoff Race

0

[ad_1]

IPL 2024 Points Table: RCB lost to SRH by 25 runs© AFP

IPL 2024 Points Table:Royal Challengers Bengaluru slumped to their sixth loss in seven matches and as a result, the road to IPL 2024 playoffs got much tougher for the Faf Du Plessis-led side. RCB were outplayed completely by Sunrisers Hyderabad, who registered the highest team total in the history of the competition on Monday. Travis Head slammed a brilliant century to take SRH to a record 287/3 in 20 overs before Pat Cummins took three wickets to guide his team to victory. Following the loss, RCB remained last in the points table with just 2 points and a horrible NRR (Net Run Rate) of -1.185. That means RCB have no other choice but win all of their remaining matches in IPL 2024 and hope for other results to go their way if they want to qualify for the playoffs.

On the other hand, SRH strengthened their spot in the Top 4 with 8 points.

Rajasthan Royals remain at the top of the table with 10 points followed by Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings – two teams who also have 8 points but better NRR than SRH.

Latest and Breaking News on NDTV

Travis Head’s destructive hundred fused splendidly with skipper Pat Cummins’ resolve as Sunrisers Hyderabad registered a well-crafted 25-run victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

Head’s maiden T20 hundred (102, 41b, 9×4, 8×6) and Heinrich Klaasen‘s pillaging 67 (31b, 2×4, 7×6) drove Sunrisers to a record-breaking 287 for three, also going past their own 277/3 against Mumbai Indians at Hyderabad this March 27.

The visiting bowlers led by Cummins (3/43) showed superb skill level on a barren pitch, something their counterparts lacked, to restrict RCB to 262 for seven. This IPL match also witnessed the highest cumulative runs scored –549 in any single T20 match.

Skipper Faf du Plessis (62, 28b, 7×4, 4×6) and the super-improvising Dinesh Karthik (83, 35b, 5×4, 7×6) played fine hands but on the night they ended as mere footnotes.

MI vs CSK, IPL 2024: Matheesha Pathirana Overshadows Rohit Sharma’s Century As CSK Beat MI By 20 Runs

Sri Lankan pacer Matheesha Pathirana came up with his best IPL figures, grabbing four wickets as Chennai Super Kings defeated Mumbai Indians by 20 runs, despite a heroic unbeaten century by Rohit Sharma at the Wankhede Stadium on Sunday. Pathirana took the wickets of Ishan Kishan (23), Surya Kumar Yadav (0), Tilak Varma (31) and Romario Shepherd (1) to return figures of 4 for 28 as MI lost the steam in the chase of an imposing 206/4, managing to score 186 for six.

Rohit batted from start to finish for his unbeaten 105 off 63 deliveries — his second IPL century — but he could not find a partner who could stay with him long enough and build a big partnership. Earlier, CSK top-order batter Shivam Dube and skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad struck stroke-filled half-centuries as the five-time champions scored 206/4.

Dube slammed an unbeaten 66 off 38 deliveries, while Gaikwad smashed a 40-ball 69, including five maximums, as the duo put up a 90-run stand after CSK had lost openers Ajinkya Rahul (5) and Rachin Ravindra (21) cheaply.

KL Rahul Manages To Stump Rishabh Pant Despite Getting Hit By DC Skipper’s Bat. Watch

0

[ad_1]

Friday turned out to be a memorable day for Delhi Capitals as Rishabh Pant and Co. defeated Lucknow Super Giants and registered their second win of IPL 2024. Opting to bat first, LSG posted 167/7 in 20 overs with Ayush Badoni playing an unbeaten knock of 55 runs. Later, DC chased down the target in 18.1 overs with six wickets in hand. Spinner Kuldeep Yadav was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his figures of 3/20 in four overs.

Apart from Kuldeep Yadav, the strong partnership between skipper Pant (41) and debutant Jake Frazer-McGurk (55) also turned out to be really fruitful for DC. However, the bizarre dismissal of Pant caught everyone’s attention.

The incident took place in the third delivery of the 16th over, which was bowled by spinner Ravi Bishnoi. Pant tried to play a big hit and in the process, he stepped out of the crease. The ball missed the bat and went straight to wicketkeeper KL Rahul.

As Pant missed the shot, the bat also slipped off his hands and hit Rahul behind the stumps. However, the LSG skipper did not lose his focus and timely stumped Pant.

Despite the losing the wicket of Pant, DC comfortably chased down the target as the duo of Tristan Stubbs (15*) and Shai Hope (11*) took DC across the line.

“Little relief, we wanted a win badly. I was talking to the boys saying we need to think like champions, we need to keep fighting hard. (On bowling) We have phases where we are not up to the mark, some individuals have to take responsibility for that. However, we stick together as a group. Some things you can control, some things we can’t,” said Pant after the victory.

“I think we are getting closer to the right XI, but we’ve had so many injuries in this group. However, you can’t keep complaining about that. (On Fraser-McGurk) Hopefully, we’ve found our new number 3, haven’t thought too much about it. Hope he can continue,” he added.

DC will now be squaring off against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on April 17. On the other hand, LSG will be taking on Kolkata Knight Riders in Kolkata on Sunday.
